About the role:Be an integral part of the Third Party Partnerships Team (TPP):

• Leading and growing a portfolio of payment intermediary partners in Australia, including specific partner projects/activities and implementation of new business.
• Implementing local initiatives with Regional/Global strategy and policies.
• Business Development- acquire and grow new Partners in the B2C payment facilitator space in line with the TPP focus and maintain compliance within policy requirements.
• Partner Management - lead and grow existing third - party payment intermediaries through identification of opportunities and implementation and crafting strategies.
• Ensuring all global and local policy requirements are adhered to internally and externally by partners, and ensuring any required remediation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work with other markets and regions- play a key role in coordinating communication between TPP teams in other regions to ensure standard methodology is used globally
• Deliver on revenue growth and merchant coverage targets as key scorecard metrics

What will you bring?

• Proven track record of working in a highly sophisticated and changing environment- experience with emerging technology (eCommerce, Mobile Payments and POS)
• A history of managing key internal partners both locally and globally.
• Comfortable with reporting and able to generate and present data in a meaningful way.
• Highly passionate about achieving results- often driving wins through long cycle times, which requires tenacity and flexibility.
• Excellent communications skills; must be comfortable working autonomously and crafting new business opportunities.
